Went with my husband for the infrared sauna. What a treat after a upper body gym session. Really nice welcome and a lovely place. Will be going back and also would recommend. ☺️

I went with my wife for and Infrared Sauna, we were greeted with a friendly welcoming. I really enjoyed the whole experience, with completely towels and drinks. I will be going again.

Great experience lovley calming environment staff are lovely very accomodating make you feel at home. My change in hair is amazing definitely highly recommended A+++++++

I have used the private sauna and cold plunge twice now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Super clean and best of all its private and soft drinks are all included.
Tracy is very professional and polite.
I give this place 10 stars.
